Mike is responsible for managing all facets of Arya Claims Services. He focuses on client development, growth, claims management and staffing, in addition to managing financial reporting, billing and accounts receivable. Additionally, Mike oversees a variety of complex professional liability claims with policy limits exposure, including Directors’ and Officers’ class action lawsuits, Employment Practices litigation, Broker/Dealer claims, Professional Negligence claims and Fidelity claims under various policies. Mike graduated from Loyola College of Maryland with a B.A. in Finance.

David handles management and professional liability claims, including Employment Practices Liability, Directors and Officer, Professional Liability and Medical Malpractice claims. David began his career in the Management and Professional Liability insurance industry in 2002 with AIG, first as a Claims Analyst, and then for 10 years as a Claims Director in the areas of Employment Practices and Directors and Officers Liability. David holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, Massachusetts and a J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, New York.

Karen handles a variety of complex professional and management liability matters involving Directors and Officers and Employment Practices Liability. Prior to Arya, Karen was a Senior Claims Specialist at ACE (now Chubb) handling Employment Practices Liability, and prior to that she worked as an Insurance Coverage Associate at a law firm representing carriers in coverage matters involving Directors & Officers, Employment Practices and Fiduciary Liability. Karen earned her B.A. from Swarthmore College and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law.

Sharon is a Senior Claims Analyst for Arya. Prior to joining Arya, Sharon handled a variety of Financial Lines and Employment Practices Liability claims at Western Litigation and AIG. Prior to those roles she practiced law where she specialized in general commercial and regulatory/compliance litigation.  Sharon earned her B.A. from University of Buffalo and her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.

Susan serves as a client liaison and manages a team of professionals handling a range of professional and management liability claims, including Directors and Officers, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary, Crime and Errors and Omissions. Susan also manages the claims intake process, claims database, and other web-based programs. Susan began her career in the Professional Liability Insurance Industry at AIG and earned her B.A. in Health and Human Services from the State University at Buffalo, New York, and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.

Jamie has over 10 years of claims experience handling multiple lines of business including Employment Practices Liability, Tenant Discrimination, Professional/General Liability, Errors and Omissions and Cyber Liability. Prior to Arya, Jaime was previously employed at NAS Insurance Services, LLC where she had a variety of analyst roles in which she handled matters with increasing complexity.  Jaimie earned her B.A. from San Francisco State University.

Deirdre is an Operations Analyst and joined Arya in 2012. Prior to joining Arya, she was a full-time student and received her Bachelor’s Degree in English from Vassar College.

Nancy is a Claims Analyst specializing in Public Entities/Religious Institutions.
